Our Annual Regional Conference at Unity of the Valley in Eugene, OR
was too wonderful for words. Dr. Richard and Rabbi Ted were both deeply inspiring, engaging and thought-provoking, and the concert on Wednesday evening by Unity of the Valley's music team was incredible. Unity of the Valley hosted most graciously in their lovely facility and Eugene blessed us with sunny weather!
I'm With Them
In a world so marked by resistance and struggle, Rabbi Ted Falcon suggested that this very real responsibility calls members of the majority to step up and to say, “I’m with them,” in any moment of disregard, diminishment, domination (or worse) imposed upon the minority.
We envision a world in which so many members of the powerful majority step up next to their brothers and sisters in every moment of vulnerability, that all discordant sounds of separation are completely swallowed by the ever-rising refrain of, “I’m with them, I’m with them, I’m with them.”
Unity in Lynnwood invites you to join the chorus. You can order an “I’m with Them!” bracelet.  https://www.facebook.com/pg/Unity-in-Lynnwood-262871230413057/shop/?rt=29

Seattle Unity blessed and honored Unity in Lynnwood with their collection of handmade, Twelve Powers banners. We humbly and gratefully accepted this gift, of course, but upon receiving them and reviewing them, we concluded that they are far too large to enjoy any ongoing place of honor in our facility.
I do believe they deserve to be displayed, and having discussed this with Rev. Karen, we agreed that it may be more appropriate to share the banners individually with other centers in the region on a first-come basis. I’m quite certain that UIL isn’t the only center that would cherish such a piece of Seattle Unity history.

The Forgiveness Experience Workshop
at Unity Community of Central Oregon
Sunday, Nov. 3, 1:30-4:00 pm
Dr. Harry Moses, founder of the New Thought Center in San Diego, will be leading this transformative workshop. Experience has shown that forgiving others and ourselves will lead us to change our attitudes, releasing unconditional love and discovering anew our True Selves. Few of us have ever actually been taught practical methods of forgiveness. Participants will be offered the actual practice of unconditional love and forgiveness toward themselves and others, learn to use their intuition, strengthen their creative life, give up destructive habits for good, heal the pain in relationships, learn to access their healing energy, and learn to direct their mind to achieve their goals. Anyone who desires can learn the techniques to forgive the people or events in our lives that act as barriers to our Higher Self.
